Transparent pricing
Day, week, month and event rates published in a real table, with delivery and service broken out as separate lines. No form stands between you and a number.
Fast and reliable delivery
Standard units inside a served area typically land within two business days. Event drops are scheduled the day before, not the morning of.
Clean and sanitized units
Weekly service is the baseline under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3. Each visit pumps the tank, recharges deodorizer and freshwater, restocks paper and wipes the interior.
Flexible rental periods
A single weekend, a month, or a multi-year site placement. Extend mid-hire and the service schedule extends with it, at the same rate.

Rental Requirements
How Many Portable Toilets Does Your Event Require?
Worksites are governed by federal law. Events are a planning exercise. This works out both, and shows you which one you are looking at.
The Standard
What OSHA and the ADA actually require
Both are federal, both are identical in all 50 states, and both are quoted here word for word rather than paraphrased.
| Number of employees | Minimum number of facilities |
|---|---|
| 20 or fewer | One |
| 20 or more | One toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers |
| 200 or more | One toilet seat and one urinal per 50 workers |
29 CFR 1926.51(c)(2)
Under temporary field conditions, provisions shall be made to assure not less than one toilet facility is available.
There is no exemption for a short job, a remote job, or a crew of two.
2010 ADA Standards, section 213.2, Exception 4
Where multiple single user portable toilet or bathing units are clustered at a single location, no more than 5 percent of the toilet units and bathing units at each cluster shall be required to comply with 603.
Capped at 5 percent of each cluster, which in practice means at least one accessible unit wherever units are grouped.

FAQ
Questions people ask before they book
How much does a portable toilet rental cost?
A standard unit runs $100 to $350 a day, $130 to $500 a week and $125 to $325 a month, with the typical figure around $150 a day. A weekend event unit is about $250. Delivery is a separate line at $100 to $500 depending on distance, and extra service visits run $30 to $220 each.
How long can I rent a portable restroom?
Anything from a single weekend to a multi-year site placement. The longer the term, the lower the cost per day: a month at $125 to $325 works out far cheaper per day than the same unit rented daily. Extensions are rebilled at the same rate with service visits added on the standard schedule.
How often are portable toilets serviced?
Once a week is the baseline under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 for up to 10 users on a 40 hour week. Each visit pumps the 60 to 70 gallon tank, recharges deodorizer and freshwater, restocks paper and sanitizer and wipes the interior. Heavier traffic, hot weather and events serving alcohol all justify more frequent visits.
Do you deliver and pick up the units?
Yes, both are included in the quoted price within the operator's standard service area. The unit arrives charged with deodorizer and water, stocked and leveled, and is pumped out and removed at the end of the hire. Delivery beyond the standard area is billed against distance from the nearest depot.
How many portable toilets do I need?
On a construction site, 29 CFR 1926.51(c)(1) requires one facility for 20 or fewer employees, one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers at 20 or more, and per 50 workers at 200 or more. For events there is no federal ratio, so use the calculator above and treat the result as a planning estimate to confirm with your operator.
Do you offer handicap-accessible units?
Yes. Where multiple single-user portable toilet units are clustered at one location, the 2010 ADA Standards cap the requirement at 5 percent of the units in that cluster under section 213.2, Exception 4. In practice that means at least one accessible unit wherever units are grouped, and it needs a firm level approach and the 60 inch turning space required by section 304.3.1.
Can I rent portable toilets for a construction site?
Yes, and it is the most common long-term placement. Sites are billed monthly from $125 with weekly service included, and the unit count follows the OSHA table rather than a guess. The count is measured against the crew actually on site, so it moves when the crew grows past 20.
How far in advance should I book?
Two business days is the typical delivery window for a standard unit in a served area. Summer weekends, holiday weekends and festival season book out further ahead. A restroom trailer or a large multi-unit order needs more notice than a single toilet, so email us as soon as the date is fixed.
What areas do you service?
All 50 states and the District of Columbia, delivered by local operators. Enter your ZIP code above to check the nearest depot, or open your state page for the metros covered, the local rate and the office that issues placement permits.
