Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it. In short: we collect what you send us in a phone call or email, we use it to quote your rental, and we pass it only to the local operator fulfilling that rental.
What we collect
- What you tell us. Name, phone number, site address, dates and headcount, given when you call for a quote.
- Basic analytics. Pages viewed and roughly where the visit came from, in aggregate.
- Nothing else. This site takes no payments, so no card details pass through it. There is no account to create and no password to store.
What we do with it
We use your details to quote and arrange the rental, and we pass them to the local operator who will fulfil it. That operator needs the address, the dates and a contact number to deliver. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone who is not fulfilling your job.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to service the rental and meet normal business record-keeping, then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, unless a live rental depends on it.

- Ask what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
- Call (800) 555-0142 for any of these.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. The only external request it makes is to Google Fonts for typefaces.

If this policy changes materially, the revised version is posted here with a new date. This version: 14 August 2026.
